Get a group together or fly solo to learn foundational practices in our core learning areas. You’ll meet virtually with your instructor and classmates weekly, then do the follow-up work at your own pace.

- Mindsets for Leadership: We often talk about the skills needed to be the kind of leaders that can guide us through hard times and into victory, but what about the mindsets that keep leaders engaged, sustained, energized and innovative? Learn about and practice innovative mindsets: Curious, Generous, Generative and Risk-Taking.
- Speaking Race to Power - Disruptive White Leadership: Now more than ever, white folks committed to disrupting racism must proactively work to transform themselves and their organizations. When we attempt to change our personal habits, we are often frozen by fear or uncertainty, hindering our ability to do the necessary work. Learn to claim your voice so you can proactively address issues of race and power wherever they show up.
- Speaking Race to Power - People of Color & Risk-Taking: For people of color, disrupting racism in their collaborative relationships can mean more than just discomfort; speaking out against racist dynamics can have real consequences. Learn about strategies for addressing racism in organizations and partnerships, and practices for managing internalized racial oppression as we navigate microaggressions, institutionalized racism, rupture and repair.
