CoreAlign is seeking an Operations Assistant who will work with its Operations team to implement and execute a broad suite of regular activities in operations, office management, accounts payable, administration and data entry. The Operations Assistant will work closely with individual staff and teams in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and rewarding work atmosphere. In addition, the Operations Assistant will interact with several external vendors, consultants, and third-party partners. The position will provide some administrative support for CoreAlign’s Executive Director. In order to fulfill these needs, CoreAlign is looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented candidate with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
CoreAlign’s Program Coordinators implement the organization’s innovation and speaking race to power training programs in coordination with the CoreAlign Management Team. The position is responsible for event planning and implementation, outreach and recruitment, content design and facilitation support, communications, and evaluation. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Management Team to develop work plans and strategies for CoreAlign’s Inspiration & Learning and Action & Impact program areas in targeted regions across the US.
